advertising the sympossium

Is it possible for us to get PCE-Europe to send out the 2nd announcement to all their member organisations, and then the member organisations to send it out to their members?  if this is possible, i do not need a 1 page announcement. i cannot ask BAPCA for 2 pages of the newsletter for free. But if it can be emailed out to everyone then fine. i haven't received anything about the symposium from PCE-Europe or WAPCEPC except seeing it in 'Encounter' (where the sub title was the old one).

So currently, i am not convinced we are getting the announcement(s) out far enough....

The second announcement is definitively to be sent out by the board to all members with the request to send it to all of their members.
But that is not enough, we must send it to all ou contacts and ask to foreward.
I think Florent will have some supplementary ideas, too.

I am thinking to send the announcement to all organization from Europe not only to the organisation that are part of PCA Europe. I can try to find these associations if you think that is a good ideea.

very good idea. I have also been sending the 1st announcement to everyone i know!

Yes, we will send it on personal initiatives to everyone we can find, even if they get it several times. 
But maybe we also find some system or strategy (Florent?)
