Timetable of sympossium

Draft timetable isn't correct as coffee breaks have not been clearly identified.

I had only expected some motivating text and you tried to do all the job. Fine, so we can proceed quicker.
I put my propositions into the Dropbox folder.

We did not plan any daliy fee yet, but it could be interesting. I proposed half price spontaneously, but it should be a bit higher and we have to integrate it into the registration form.

I try to proceed with the website, Florent will be back helping next week.


Personally I have no need for printed second announcement, but am certainly short-sighted...

We should wait for layout until all the infos are correct.

Hi,  I am confused about which is the latest announcement to work on...

I presume that the people detailed as 'other presenters' are not being paid?  I am not sure if we should add this yet as there may be many more presenters and I am not sure why we identify these particular people... I would prefer this on the website where we can list all presenters we are inviting or organising. 

Georgeta - what about a presentation or round table on Psychotherapy in post-communist countries? (although at the time of writing Czech might become a coalition including the communists....)

I think the idea of talking about other presenters is to bring known names in as a publicity. I do not know how to talk about them in a different way.

I like the idea about a  round table or panel on Psychotherapy in post-communist countries. If you agree I will start to contact people from East  Europe to participate on this. After your answer I will start to work on this. Geo

Great to do it, Geo. And Sheila you are right: when we contact people, they should not get the impression that they are invited. The principle is that the participants propose activities.
